Finfod provides free calculators at www.finfod.com. The results are estimates from the numbers you enter and from the assumptions shown on each page. They are not tax advice, investment advice, or a loan offer.
Your responsibility
You decide what to do with a result. Tax rules, loan rates, and property prices change. Check anything important with a chartered accountant, a SEBI-registered adviser, or your lender before you act.
Ads and links
The site may show ads, and it may show affiliate links. An affiliate link will be labelled. Neither one changes the formula a calculator uses. A link to another site is not our endorsement of that site.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to break, scrape in a way that overloads, or misrepresent the site.
- Do not copy the calculators and present them as your own product.
- You may quote a short result and link back to the page.

The calculators are provided as they are. We work to keep the maths and the tax notes current, and we still make mistakes. Finfod is not liable for a decision you take because of a result on this site, to the extent Indian law allows that limit.
